Marinate 500g boneless chicken cubes with salt (to taste), 2 tbs minced garlic, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon heaped corn flour and 1 egg.
Heat wok with oil, put chicken pieces in hot oil one by one and fry till its color changes to little golden brown. Set aside.
In a separate pan heat oil and add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 5-6 chopped green chilies, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, Salt to taste, Red chili powder to taste and
2 drops of red food color (optional). Mix well and add half cup water and cook for two minutes.
Now add fried chicken pieces in it and stir. Add more water if required for gravy. Now add 1 tsp cornflour paste and mix well to make thick gravy.
Chicken 65 is ready to be enjoyed.
