Heat oil and fry cumin seeds for 10 seconds
Add onions and tomatoes and cook these for 8 to 10 minutes till they leave oil. Cool it down and blend these along with green chilies to make a fine paste
In the same oil saute ginger garlic paste and then add boneless chunks. Fry them till they change color
Add red chilli flakes and powder , cumin powder and salt. Cook for a minute
Add the paste and cook for 7 to 8 minutes without lid
Then add yogurt and fenugreek leaves now . Saute well so that everything is incorporated
At the end add butter , lemon juice , cream , black pepper , all spice powder and green coriander . Check the seasoning. cover the lid and leave for 1 minute on dam
Pour in a serving dish or handi and garnish with coriander leaves and cream
