Flatten the breast fillets with hammer without damaging them. Marinate chicken with all the mentioned ingredients except oil for 1 to 2 hours. (The more the better).
Heat the oil in the nonstick grill pan and cook chicken for 8 to 10 minutes until it is ready making sure that it remains juicy from inside. Over cooking will dry them out so be very careful with the time.
Drizzle a little soya sauce while cooking so it remains juicy till the end.
Sauté vegetables of your choice (onions , carrots , bell peppers , baby corn ) and sauté them in a nonstick pan ( grease the pan with olive oil ) for a minute.
Plate out the steak. Place vegetables on a side and serve hot.
