This is a very simple Kajoo Halwa recipe that is very tasteful and everyone will enjoy it. I have got it from my friend and it is always complimented by all. Its a must try.

Heat 3/4 cup butter in a pan and add 1 cup Sooji in it and fry till it changes its color and starts leaving oil.
Grind 1 cup kajoo (cashew-nuts) in a grinder like powder and add it in Sooji and fry for few minutes till it changes its color to light brown.
Grind 3/4 cup sugar or use granulated/caster sugar. Add it in the mixture and stir for 1 min to mix.
Add 1 cup evaporated milk.
Mix well and keep stirring
When milk evaporates and it become thick and leaves oil turn the heat off
You can serve it as halwa
You can also cut is like Kajoo ki Katlee.
