Puff potatoes aren’t new, I am eating them since long. Knor chicken cubes once published a small recipe book and gave it complimentary with the chicken cubes. I used to have that but I lost it but the recipe was almost in my mind. I have recreated it and it was perfect. So fluffy soft and yummy. These puff potatoes are one of the best tea snacks out there.
Set the flame on medium heat.
Add 1/4 cup with water 2 tbs butter into a sauce pan along with the chicken cubes.
When the butter melts and and the cube is dissolved.
Turn off the heat and add flour in it and mix vigorously to make a thick paste. Mix well so there are no lumps.
In a bowl, take 2 cups mashed potatoes, add flour mixture in it.
Now add 2 eggs, and back pepper and beat till its mixed well. Usually the Knor cubes have some salt in it as well as the butter so I don’t add extra salt in it. If you like more salty add some salt to taste.
Deep fry till golden brown.
