I call it lentil broth because I have used a broth mix easily available in market, its lentils cooked in haleem style without any meat. I have not used any meat with it because we must skip meat for at-least 1 day in a week. I prefer to eat vegetarian twice a week in form of vegetables or lentils only. The broth mix I have used for this recipe looks like this. If you can’t find it in market you can use your own lentils, not a problem.
