What is your Airline serving you?

Its always about food, whenever we discuss which airline to choose to travel one thing that comes up is the food. Food is so important to us that we can’t get it out of our mind thousand feet above the ground. I myself is bit picky on what the airline serves because the smell of it makes me nauseous sometimes. So far the best food I have eaten in any airline (economy) is Turkish Airline. Its not that spicy however its very neat, wide variety, always Halal and very fulfilling. I am sharing it and hope to see yours soon. Please share your thoughts with images in the comments to help other decide which airline to prefer next time 🙂

As soon you are ready to take off they bring you Turkish delights (A kind of traditional Turkish mithaai), instead of sweet toffees most of other airlines offer. This Turkish delight with pistachios is awesome.

Mains

  1. Chicken steak with mashed potatoes with grilled peppers and zucchini.
  2. Fresh Turkish style salad with cheese
  3. Bread
  4. Crackers
  5. Butter
  6. Soft cheese spread
  7. Chocolate mousse
  8. Water
  9. Drink of your choice

Do not forget to taste the homemade lemonade, its something special. I haven’t taste anything like that on any other airline. Its so delicious that I don’t look at the cold-drinks and juices.

Just to mention, I have travelled in numerous airlines and I like Turkish airline food the most. Some of the  airlines I have traveled with so far.

  • PIA (Pakistan International Airline)
  • Emirates Airlines
  • Etihad Airlines
  • Qatar airline
  • Oman Airline

  • Qantas Airline
  • Lufthansa
