These BBQ-baked chicken burgers are one of the best homemade burgers I have ever tasted. The good thing about these burgers is that you can prepare them in advance and just before serving heat them in the oven for 10 minutes and your burgers are ready. My friend used to make these for me but when we were separated I had to learn these from her to satisfy the cravings for these burgers.

Burger Bun:
One of the most important ingredients in a burger is its bun, we mostly don’t realize it but it matters a lot. Wherever available choose the softest burger kind, I prefer using brioche buns.
Cheese:
Use cheddar cheese because of its texture and taste. The cheese can work too but mild cheddar tastes the best. Cheese slice is added to the bottom so that the bun doesn’t soak the moist chicken if you want to bake it later.
Assembling the burgers:
