Use your brownies with a little twist in this flavorful brownie delight. The combination of brownies , custard and cream is so inviting that Kids can never say no to this one. Its a dessert for all generations actually.
Cut brownies in to slices and spread in the dish
Drizzle chocolate syrup over the brownies
Make custard by adding 2 table spoons of custard power in 1/2 cup (100 ml) milk and make a paste
Mix 4 table spoons of sugar in 2 cups ( 400 grams) of milk and bring to boil. Add custard paste to the boiling milk and cook while stirring until texture is thick and smooth
Pour over the brownies and spread evenly with the help of a spatula. Refrigerate it for a while like 30 minutes to set
Whip the double cream with 3 table spoons sugar to hard peaks. ( Fold banana slices in the cream if u like, that’s optional ) Pour this whipped cream over custard and chill it in fridge for a while to settle it and after that decorate it either with chocolate syrup or with chocolate chunks
Chilling time is minimum 4 hours and preferably over night.
serve chilled.
