Beat eggs and sugar together. Now add baking powder , baking soda , oil , vanilla essence and salt and beat with electric beater till well combined..
Fold dry sifted flour in it in small portions.
Grease a baking pan, line parchment paper and again brush it with butter or oil.
Pour the batter in it.
Pre-heat oven on 180c and place the baking pan in it for 25 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
Let it rest a for a while and then cut it lengthwise. Arrange the pieces on the oven tray and place in oven at 150c for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes change its side and bake it for another 10 minutes.
Take out the tray and place the rusks on a wire rack to cool down properly.
Serve or save in air tight container.
