Chicken spring roll is a famous appetizer and served with tea and specially famous in Ramadan. People buy it from market as well and just fry it at home however if you want neat clean home made rolls its better to make them at home and freeze for later use. Only you know what meat and ingredients goes inside the roll so its always healthier.

Boil 1 chicken (750g-1kg) in enough water that it evaporates along with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper powder. Once the chicken is cooked, separate it from bones and break in small pieces.

Saute 1 large onion in 1 tbs oil, add 1 cup cabbage in it or any vegetable you like with 4 green chillies. Saute till the vegetables are bit tender.

Add the chicken in it and mix well, now add 1 tsp dry coriander water, 1/4 cup of milk and 2 tablespoon ketchup. Mix well and cook on low flame. When well combined add fresh coriander and all spice powder and mix well.

Now take spring roll pastry and roll the chicken mix in it one by one and keep aside. Put it in the freezer and deep fry it when you want to eat. Follow the steps below to fill the spring roll pastry.
