Put flour, salt, yeast, oil and sugar in a bowl and mix it very well with hands.
Then kneed it with tap water and make a soft dough.
Leave it in a warm place for 2 hours so that it gets almost double in size.
Fry garlic , onion and green chillies in oil till the onions get tender.
Add tomato paste , red chilli crushed and cover the pan. Let it cook for a while.
Now add oregano , salt , white pepper and ketchup in it and mix it well.
When it gets thicker as its consistency has to be thick. Add ketchup at the end , just stir and stop cooking. Your sauce is ready.
Marinate the chicken with above mentioned ingredients except onions. Fry the chicken in 1 table spoon oil for a few minutes.
Put the coal on the burning stove and when its super hot. Place it on a bread slice and place that in the center of the prepared tikka pieces and pour some oil on the coal.
Keep the lid on the pan and let the chicken pieces get smoky flavor.
Cut onions in cubes.
Take a pan and grease it with a little oil.
Bang the dough on the counter for a thrice and then give the dough round shape with a rolling pin. On a floured surface, begin by gently stretching the dough with your hands. Then use a rolling pin to stretch it out to 3/4 of the diameter desired.
Fold the edges inwards to give it a more restaurant look.
Now carefully spread it on the pan and use a fork to make small holes in the dough. Leave it like this for 10 minutes to rise again.
Now spread a thin layer of pizza sauce.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the sauce.
Add the topping to the pizza that includes chicken pieces and cubes onions.
Now sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on the top as much as you want, but keep the mozzarella cheese more than cheddar. If you are using one cup of mozzarella then use half cup of cheddar.
Bake it in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. When it is done use the grill of the oven to give the melted cheese a nice golden color. Sprinkle crushed red pepper and oregano before serving.
