This chocolate fudge cake recipe is so famous among my friends that they insist me to make this and then serve it warm with vanilla ice-cream.

Position a rack in the middle of the oven and heat it to 175c / 350F. Grease the bottom of an 8 or 9-inch cake pan.
In a small bowl, whisk flour, coco powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar and blend it well
Add eggs and vanilla essence. Blend it till it become bit fluffy.
Add the flour mixture and stir just until the mixture is moistened. Pour the hot water over the batter slowly and when it become smooth semi thick. Do not use all water if you don’t have to. Batter should not be runny otherwise it wont cook peoperly.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake it for 30 minutes and insert a toothpick to see if it comes out clean. If its not cooked from the middle, bake for another 15 minutes.
Let cool in the pan. Remove it from the pan and cut it from the middle. Pour the warm ganache over it and put the other half of the cake on top. Pour the remaining ganache on top. Let it set for about an hour before serving.
250g chocolate half dark half milk chocolate. Break it with your hands. Boil 1 cup heavy cream or whipping cream.
Put the chocolate in a medium bowl. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and whisk gently until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth. If you think its too thin, add more chocolate, if you think its too thick add some more cream in it.
You can keep the ganache in fridge for future use for another week.
