This dish is purely for prawn lovers. Its sweet, spicy, creamy and delicious.
Marinate clean 500g prawns with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic paste and 1 tsp Soya sauce. Keep aside for 1/2 hour.
Mix 1/2 cup corn flour, 1/2 cup all purpose flour, pinch of salt and black pepper.
Beat 2 eggs and keep aside.
Coat each marinated prawn with flour mixture then dip in egg and again coat with flour.
Assemble them all in a flat dish first and try to put these together at the same time in hot oil so that they all take the same time to cook.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.or till the coating turns golden.
For the sauce combine 1/2 cup mayo, 1/3 cup sweet chilli sauce, 2 tbs sriracha or chilli sauce and 1 tbs ketchup.
Mix it well to make a smooth dip. you can adjust the ingredients of the sauce according to your taste.
First take out the fried prawns on the tissue paper and then coat all of these with the sauce.
Place over cabbage leaves and sprinkle chopped green onions on the top.
Immediately serve as appetizer or side dish .
