Shahi Kulfa is the most famous flavor of Pakistani ice cream. Its creamy and nutty. It is easy available in market however you can prepare it at home as well. If you are living outside Pakistan you might not be able to get it in shops. You can follow this easy recipe to satisfy your taste buds and revive the old memories.
Heat milk and let it cook for a while.
Add sugar and grounded cardamom and cook until the sugar dissolves.
Make paste with Maida (flour) and water and pour it in the mixture. Cook until it becomes thick.
Now add khoya, bread crumbs and nuts and mix well.
Switch off the flame. Add cream and mix well.
Freeze in a container or in kulfi moulds.
