Marinate chicken fillets with the mentioned ingredients.
Spray oil on the grill pan. Fry the chicken till its well done.
Sprinkle soya sauce on it while cooking it.
Take out the fillets when they are done.
Add a little water and in the same grill pan mix well to make sauce.
Spray oil on a pan and add all the vegies you have .
Saute well and add all the seasoning according to your taste.
Stir well.
On a sizzler place the fillet with the sauce on top and vegetables on its side.
If you don’t have a sizzler you can also serve it on a plate.
