This Lahori white chicken karahi is something different when you want to serve several chicken dishes. You won’t be wronged with it as this simple recipe will result in such a wonderful yummy karahi. My Friend has given this Karahi recipe and made it several time for me and I simple loved it.

Heat oil in a wok and add 1kg chicken pieces with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Fry for a minute and put a lid on and cook for further 5 minutes.
Add 4 chopped onions, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (bhuna hoa or koota hoa) and cook for another 15 minutes.
Add green chillies and fry thoroughly (Bhoon lain).
When its fried well (Bhun jaye) add fresh cream in it and cook for 2 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon julienne ginger and put the lid on and cook on low heat (On Dam).
Sprinkle coriander and garam masala over it before.
Do not add water in this dish.

I have tried and tasted this recipe many times, its just so yummm. The only thing is that I have used less oil in it since it has cream inside as well. It still taste as good
