This is one the simplest Chocolate loaf recipe that is baked in a loaf pan and cut like bread slices afterwads
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with some parchment paper and spray with some non-stick spray, set aside.
In a bowl, stir together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla and salt, set aside.
Beat together the butter and sugar with a beater until well combined.
Add the eggs one by one and continue to beat until well incorporated.
Add the dry ingredients along with the milk in two portions and mix on a low speed long enough for your batter to come together and looks well combined. Do not over beat at this point.
Add the batter to your prepared pan and bake the loaf for 45 to 60 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Mine got ready in 50 minutes.
Take it out of the oven on a wire rack and let it cool completely.
Make slices and serve.
You can store it for a few days in an air tight box too on room temperature.
