This large sized chocolate chip cookie is the simplest dessert that is made in one skillet. Easiest and yet so tasteful. Truly a satisfaction of sweet tooth. Serve it with tea as it is or with ice cream and Nutella for more richer taste.
Preheat oven at 350F / 175C. In a large bowl combine soften butter (it has to be on room temperature) and both sugars.
Add egg and vanilla essence and beat again.
Sift flour, baking soda and salt thrice. Now add this sifted flour to this batter in portions and fold it properly. Do not beat it at this point.
Now add the chocolate chip lastly and fold them gently save some.
Grease your baking dish. Transfer the cookie batter to your baking dish. Spread it evenly and also sprinkle remaining chocolate chip on the top.
It should be ready in 20 minutes depending on your oven.
It is ready when its top turns golden brown and the tooth pick comes out clean.
Serve with ice cream and Nutella.
