If you are not a fan of white flour or want to stay healthy try this whole wheat pizza dough. It uses whole wheat (Aata) which means more fiber, less sugar and and something you won’t feel bad after eating.
Mix yeast, sugar, salt, whole wheat and normal flour together.
Add oil and mix. Add Luke warm water and knead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes.
Then put it in an oiled bowl and keep aside for proofing for an hour.
After an hour take it out. Divide in two and roll the pizza.
This dough will make 2 large size pizzas.
If you do not want to use white flour at all then knead the dough with luke warm milk
