10 Minutes Easy Cheese Sauce

This 10 minutes easy cheese sauce is perfect for Nachos dip or you can use eat it with chips or wraps.

Ingredients

Cheddar cheese grated 1 Cup -Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
Corn flour 1 tbs
Hot sauce 1-2 tbs

Steps

Step 1
In sauce pan add cheddar cheese in milk add corn flour and mix well.
Step 2
Add hot sauce, whisk well and cook on low flame for 7 to 10 minutes or until desired consistency and keep mixing continuously.
Step 3
Let it cool down and keep mixing continuously.
