Take apart mint leaves from a bunch, wash them properly and put them in the blender.
Cut 1 medium tomato, 1 small onion and 6-7 green chilies in large chunks and put them in the blender.
Add 1 tsp salt and blend it till it becomes a paste, add some water if the mixture is thick and won’t blend. Do not add too much water, keep it minimum.
Your tasty chutney is ready, add it to the yogurt, dahi bhalay, channa chat or anything you like and enjoy.
