Chicken and Mushroom pot pie is a hearty fulfilling meal and a treat for mushroom lovers. This recipe uses already prepared pie crust and is extremely easy to prepare. I have used this short crust from Aldi, you can use any of your choice or bake at home

Take a pot or a dish, put butter paper on it, spread the sheet on the dish so its like a deep bowl.

Pour everything you love and on top pour egg and milk mixture. Top with shredded cheese

Carefully close the pie and press its edges to its sealed, glazed with egg and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
