Chicken Chow Mein is though a Chinese dish but it is so commonly prepared in our Pakistani households that it feel like a Pakistani dish. Chicken Chow Mein is a great addition to any Chinese menu as well as tea parties or Ramada.

Marinate chicken with Tikka Masala, ginger garlic, salt, oil, crushed red chilli and baked for 20 minutes.
Put the prepared chicken in a pot and put a dry piece of chapati over it. Now put a burning smoking coal over it and close the lid. Leave it for few minutes.
Boil egg noodles according to the instructions on the packet. After they are boiled, wash them lightly with water and set aside.
Heat a deep large wok (karhai), add oil and fry ginger garlic paste in it.
Now add noodles into it and all the ingredients. Mix well and cook on low heat for few minutes.
Serve with chilli garlic sauce and sauteed egg.
