Chilli sauce is usually used in Chinese recipes as well as desi marination and you can use it in other recipes too. This is a hygienic easy homemade recipe of chilli sauce. Please find step by step procedure with pictures
Take 1 cup whole chillies.
In a saucepan boil 3 cups water and put red chillies in it.
Now boil them till only ¼ cup water is left.
Let it cool, then put it in a blender, add 3 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt and blend well.–
After blending chili sauce put it in a saucepan and cook it for 1-1/2 minute to 2 minutes (don’t use wet spoon in it)
Lastly take it off the stove add ketchup in it and let it cool.–
You can put it in a jar for later use and refrigerate it. Use it in all Chinese recipes to get great results.
