Chicken Shashlik sticks is a very well presented appetizer or a side with main. When you don’t know what to serve with your rice and salad then you can make these sticks for guests or in Ramadan as a main. This recipe is quite straight forward and you will end up with juicy yummy chicken Shashlik sticks. Enjoy

Mix all the ingredients together and marinate for 1-2 hours.
Heat oil in a pan and put the marinated chicken in it.
Cook it on high heat for first few minutes then on low flame untill the chicken is cooked in its own water.
When the chicken is tender and cooked turn the heat off and prepare the Shashlik sticks.
Now prepare the sticks by placing the chicken and vegetables in it the way you like or as shown in picture and your Shashlik sticks are ready.
