Boil soaked rice in water with salt n 2 tablespoon chicken powder. If chicken powder is not available use chicken cubes.

Heat oil in a pot and fry onions in it. When it changes color take it out.

Put whole all whole Garam Masala in the same oil. Fry it for few seconds till it gives some aroma and add ginger garlic in it and fry for a minute.

Now add yogurt, green chilli paste and fry for few seconds and add chicken, Potatoes and Aaloo Bukahra and fry for few minutes and cook on low heat till the chicken and potatoes are cooked.

When its cooked and water is evaporated add some more water and cook for a bit so the mixture is moist and not dry.

Now take a large pot and put a layer of rice, then chicken, then fried onion and on top add the milk with Jaifal Jalwatri. Repeat the layer and put the lid on with a cloth over a griddle (Tawa).

Turn the flame high and leave it for 5 minutes, then lower the flame and cook for another 5 minutes of till the rice are done.
