Preheat Oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit, mix wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking soda,salt together and keep it aside.
Beat butter, sugar, eggs , vanilla extract together on medium speed till mixed together.
Gradually mix in Flour Mixture. Add chocolate chips and walnuts (if using) and mix well.
Grease Cookie Sheet and place cookies on at even sizes.
Scoop out the cookies and place in fridge for one hour. bake after one hour.
Put the cookies in the pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes. Cooking times vary.
Watch cookies in the oven. Make sure not to over cook unless you want have crunchy cookies.
Take cookies out of the oven, let them rest on cookie sheet for 2 minutes. And let it cool in a plate or cooling rack.
