Chicken Pattys, also known as chicken kabab and in Pakistan we call them Qeema Tikki too. This recipe will make chicken Pattys that can be used for burgers and can be served as an appitizer or sides. This chicken Tikkiya patty is easy to make you freeze It to use it later.
Add chopped bread and all the ingredients in the ground chicken. Mix it well.
Make chicken pattys with your hands/palms and shallow fry it in the frying pan.
You can freeze it after completely preparing it in food bags.
Always try defrost and reheat in the pan for best fresh results.
While defrosting in microwave, sprinkle some water over it before putting it in microwave or else it will be dried out.
