Marinate chicken boneless cubes with the given ingredients.
Deep fry after 15 to 20 minutes.
Cover and keep aside.
Deep fry the almonds in hot oil until they become golden. You can also bake them but keep changing their sides till they are ready.
Take a deep wok and heat oil.
Saute garlic paste and stir in chilli sauce. Fry for 30 seconds
Add all vegetables except green onions and saute again for a while.
Add all the sauces and seasonings and fry well.
Pour chicken stock and let it boil. Add chicken pieces too .
Make a paste of cornflour and water. There should be no lumps in the paste.
When stock starts boiling thicken it with the paste.
Drizzle sesame oil for shine in the gravy.
Also add green onions.
Sprinkle fried almonds on top right before serving.
Serve hot with rice.
Note: you can use less or more vegetables according to your choice.
You can select and add any vegetable you like.
