Chop vegetables of your choice, I have used carrots, mushrooms and bell peppers.
Take boneless chicken cut in cubes marinate with salt, pepper, soya sauce and garlic.
Now saute them in a little oil add vegetables along with salt, pepper, little crushed red pepper and soya sauce. Saute them for a minute.
Add white sauce in it and at the end pasta and mix everything.
Melt 3 table spoon butter and add heaped tablespoon of all purpose flour and saute it till it smells good.
Take it off the stove and add half litre milk in it gradually and keep whisking it with a whisk to avoid lumps.
Add salt, pepper and one chicken cube.
Let it simmer on low heat, when u get the desired consistency add cream and shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese as needed
Add sauted mushrooms in it along with a pinch of mixed herbs of oregano.
If you feel sauce is very thick, add some more milk.
Cool for a while add a pinch of mixed herbs and take it off the flame and pour in the baking dish.
Shred mozzarella cheese, spread it on the pasta, sprinkle some oregano and crushed red pepper.
Preheat the oven and bake for 30 minutes in the oven with 175c/350F.
When the cheese melts completely then use the grill to give the cheese little color. Serve hot.
