A simple vegetarian dish cooked like ammi does
Wash and cut bhindi in small pieces and fry for 5 minutes. (Lais khatam honay tak)
Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and cook for few seconds and add tomatoes. Cook till the tomatoes leave water and fry it on high flame (bhoon lain).
Add onions and green chillies and put it on low flame. (Dam laga dain).
Check it after every 5 minutes and cook on low flame till the onions are soft and soggy.
Turn the flame off and sprinkle fresh corriander over it.
To make it tastier, if you have anaar daana powder at home add 1/2 teaspoon while adding onions.
