Marinate chicken with with cornflour, salt, black pepper and egg for 20 minutes.
Deep fry and set aside.
Saute ginger and garlic in little oil. Add vegetables and saute for few minutes.
Add oyster sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, ketchup, sugar, black pepper, lemon juice and little water.
Thicken the gravy with cornflour, add chicken, green onions and dried red chilies.
Miss some roasted cashew nuts while serving.
