Apply all the ingredients on meat.
Marinate over night or atleast for 4 to 5 hours.
Add little water 1/2 cup and cook on medium flame till tender or cook in pressure cooker for 7 to 10 minutes.
Fry it in its own juices till it leaves oil.
Bhonofy for a while.
Burn coal on stove flame Place a bread slice or aluminium foil piece and put the coal piece over it. Pour few drops of oil on it and cover the lid tightly.
After 5 minutes take off the lid and serve hot with mint chatney and salad.
