Wash the ladyfingers let it dry and then chop in 1 inch pieces. Make sure to take off the tip n tail of ladyfingers.
Heat oil and shallow fry the pieces until the slime disappears. Remove from pan and drain on kitchen towel.
Now in a wok add oil for curry and saute onion for a while till its translucent.
Add gg paste and saute again for a minute till it smells nice and change into light brown color.
Add mince and fry (bhoonfy) for a while till it changes color. Add all the spices ( except all spice powder) along with tomatoes and yogurt.
You can add a little water at this point because mutton mince takes time to cook.
Let it cook till the water dries and its fully cooked. Now bhoonfy it till the oil separates.
Add fried ladyfingers , chopped green chillies and sprinkle all spice powder.
Cover the lid for a while on low flame ( dam) for 5 minutes.
