1 kilo potatoes
1 slab cheddar cheese
A little coriander
Salt and red chilly powder to taste
Egg whisked to coat with before frying
Oil in wok
Bread

Step 1
Boil potatoes and mash. Shred slab of cheese.
Step 2
Soak bread for little while and squeeze the water out and mix with mash potato and cheese also add coriander cut into small pieces and salt and red chilly powder.
