Heat oil, add chopped onion and fry it till it turns light golden now add ginger garlic paste, saute a little and add finely chopped tomatoes and saute it till it becomes a smooth paste.
Add salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
Then add boneless chicken and cook until chicken is tender.
Add well beaten yogurt, crushed coriander and cumin and stir fry.
At the end add ground Kasuri meethi, (optional).
Garam masala powder and fresh cream.
Add ginger and green chilies at the end and put on dam for a minute. Serve hot.
You can adjust the red chilli powder quantity according to your taste.
You can add butter too at the end when you place it on dam for a more rich flavour.
Adjust the quantity according to weight of the meat.
