Chicken Manchurian is a most famous Chinese dish made in Pakistan. It is best served in sizzler hot and spicy served with Chinese rice.
Marinate chicken with the above mentioned ingredients.
Mix all the batter ingredients in a bowl. Add chilled water to make a thick paste.
Apply the paste to all the chicken pieces or dip the pieces in the batter and deep fry them in hot oil till they change color into light golden brown for 3 to 4 minutes. Do not over cook them.
For sauce heat oil and add crushed ginger garlic and stir on low heat.
Add onions and green chillies and saute again so the onions get soft. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add all the sauces and seasoning now and cook on high flame for a minute.
Add water and thicken it with cornflour paste.
Add fried chicken pakoras at the end.
Serve over a bed of sizzler with garlic rice.
Serve in any dish if you don’t have a sizzler.
