Pour water in a pot , add vinegar, salt, black pepper, cinnamon stick and cloves. When it starts boiling add rice and boil them till they are almost done.
Now in a pan heat oil then add chicken boneless and ginger garlic paste. Saute until chicken turns white in color.
Add cumin seeds,turmeric powder, chilli sauce, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and mix well.
Add chopped onion and saute well.
Add carrots , capsicum and green onion white part and mix them all.
Add boiled rice in this batter and mix well . At this point add black pepper crushed, soy sauce, green chilies, white pepper powder, freshly chopped coriander, green onion stalk (green part) and water.
Cover it with lid and steam cook on low flame for 10 minutes or until the rice is completely done.
Masala fried rice is ready, serve hot with Tikka boti and Raita.
