In a bowl combine warm water, sugar and sprinkle yeast over it. Let it stand for 10 minutes. Yeast will get frothy, if it doesn’t, change yeast brand.

Add salt, olive oil and flour and mix well until the dough comes together, around 5 minutes.

Take the dough out and place it on a clean surface. If Its too sticky add some more flour and knead it with hand. If it is too hard add little water and knead.

Make 2 balls from this mixture for two large pizzas or 3 balls for 3 medium pizzas.

Dust the surface of a tray and put the dough balls on it, dust some more flour and loosely wrap it with plastic wrap and put it aside.

Let it stand for at-least two hours or till the dough ball becomes almost double in size.

Knead the balls again, lightly wrap it and put it in the refrigerator for at-least 4 hours for best results.

Get any pasta sauce in the market preferable spicy and use it as a pizza sauce or add some crushed red peppers in it and cook for few minutes.

Take chicken breast fillet, use a mallet to flatten it and marinate it with the salt, black pepper, red pepper, garam masala and pan fry it with spray oil. Cook until the water evaporates and cut into strips.

Prepare any vegetable topping you like.

Take the dough out of refrigerator and let it reach room temperature for around 20 minutes.

Preheat oven on at 375f or 175c (on fan or lower heating).

Gently stretch the dough and roll it with rolling pin to form round crust.

Spray the pizza pan lightly with oil and sprinkle bread crumbs over it.

Spread the dough over it, brush or spray it with olive oil.

Bake the pizza dough without toppings in the oven for 5 minutes.

Take it out and let it cool for few minutes and then spread the sauce over it and sprinkle the toppings you like.

Sprinkle cheese on it and put the pizza in oven.

Bake it for around 12 minutes. When the cheese is melted and bit browned take it out and enjoy.

Its better to prepare dough at night and prepare pizzas the next day however if you want to prepare pizzas the same day make the dough in the morning.

If you don’t like to marinate the chicken in your prices, use Shan Tandoori masala instead, lightly sprinkle it over the breast filet as its too spicy.

Professional pizza maker use cornmeal to dust their pans before baking the pizza however I personally substitute it with bread crumbs. Always sprinkle the bread crumbs on the baking tray before putting the pizza dough over it. Use dry bread crumbs. It will give the pizza a professional touch. your dough won’t stick to the pan and also it will be chewy from outside and soft from inside. You will see how huge the difference is.

Since our home ovens are not as effective as professional grade pizza ovens its recommended to bake the pizza dough without toppings for 5 minutes otherwise your pizza will be ready but the dough might not be cooked perfectly and evenly.
