Flatten the breast fillets with hammer without damaging them. Marinate chicken with all the mentioned ingredients except oil for 1 to 2 hours. (The more the better)

Heat the oil in the nonstick grill pan and cook chicken for 8 to 10 minutes until it is ready making sure that it remains juicy from inside. Over cooking will dry them out so be very careful with the time

Drizzle a little soya sauce while cooking so it remains juicy till the end

Vegetables

Blanch the vegetables in water for 2 minutes and then sauté them on a nonstick pan for 1 min along with salt and pepper. When I am in a rush and don’t have time to blanch I directly sauté them in a few drops of oil along with salt and pepper and they taste very good like that too.

Cut an onions in rings and sauté the rings  in a little oil when they are softer add 2 table spoon brown sugar and saute until they are complete coated with the melted brown sugar and smell nice

Heat butter in a pan. Add flour and bhoonofy it with a whisk till a nice smell starts coming and it changes its color a little. Take it off the flame now and add half of the milk. Whisk it continuously while pouring the milk to avoid lumps till it looks very smooth

Over the stove again and add the remaining milk along with chicken cube and pepper. I don’t add salt when I add chicken cube as the cube is already salty, but you can taste and if you feel the need you can add a pinch of salt too

Cook it for a minute and then add cheddar and mozzarella cheese along with sliced mushrooms and dried mixed herbs. Cook till its consistency is not very thick nor very thin and smooth. If it gets thick and hard you can add more milk in it

Warm ¼ cup of milk in a deep pan and add 2 boiled potatoes in it. Mash them in it. Add salt, pepper, 1 table spoon butter and 2-3 table spoon cream according to taste (its optional) in this too. Mash them all till they are all well combined and smooth.

In a sizzler plate already heated directly on the stove spread the caramelized onions on the base.

Place the cooked chicken pieces over the caramelized onions.

Pour the sauce on the fillets. Let the sauce completely cover them.

Serve with any kind of potato you like and sauté vegetables.

Serve hot

If you don’t have a sizzler plate you can use a normal attractive plate too.
