Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, cornflour and egg for 30 minutes.
Deep fry it in oil and set aside.
In a pot saute 1 tsp garlic ginger each in a little oil.
Add pineapple juice (1/2 cup), 2-3 tbsp soya sauce, 2-3 tbsp vinegar, 2-3 tsp sugar, black pepper, chicken cube and 1 cup water.
Now thicken with cor flour. At the end add chicken and pineapple chunks.
Adjust salt n pep n soya sauce to taste.
