Lasagna is frequently served in Italian restaurants in Pakistan and people love it because of its taste and texture. Its not something cooked in Pakistani homes in routine however people do love to eat it and prepare it once in a while. Lasagna is a complete meal however you can serve it with bread too if you like. This recipe is my tried and tested one from scratch. I make my own white sauce as well as red sauce to make the lasagna. Home made sauces makes the lasagna tastier and heartier.
Cover it tightly with foil and bake it for 30 minutes in the oven. Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned from top.
