Marinate chicken cubes in all marinate ingredients for half an hour.
Deep fry them till golden brown and keep aside.
Take a pan and add little oil. Add minced garlic. Sauté it and add ketchup, chili garlic sauce, teriyaki sauce, soya sauce and mix well.
Add vegetables of ur choice. (I have used green onion and carrots). Mix well.
Add 2 cups water and chicken powder. Mix well and bring to boil.
Add in cornflour paste and mix till it thickens. Add in the fried chicken cubes and mix well. Serve hot with steamed rice.
