Soak rice and then boil them with salt according to taste.
Drain the rice and spread on a tray to settle down.
Heat oil and add chopped garlic in it. Fry till they turn light golden in color.
Add boiled rice in it with soya sauce, salt , chicken powder , white pepper and mix well.
Add spring onion’s green part and fry well.
Serve hot with gravy.
