Cut chicken into 1 inc cubes.
Marinate with the ingredients mentioned above for 20 minutes.
Deep fry in hot oil for 2 minutes or saute in a pan without adding extra oil for 3 to 4 minutes.
Heat oil , add ginger garlic paste and saute well for 30 seconds.
Add ketchup , fry for a while.
Add all the seasoning along with vegetables and chicken saute again for a minute or two.
Add water and thicken with cornflour paste.
Serve hot with rice.
