This Hawaian steak with pineapple sauce offers mild spicy flavor.
Wash n dry the breast fillets. Piund the fillets with meat hammer to even them out.
Apply all the marination ingredients on the fillets lightly and refreigerate for 5-6 hours.
Add oil on the grill pan and cook the steaks or you can simply cook them on any pan. Do not turn its sides again and again. Let one side cook completely and then turn it to the other size. It will take 7 to 10 minutes not more then that. To keep it juicy avoid over cooking or it will get dry.
You can cover the pan while frying it and also sprinkle the marination left over sauce over the steaks once in a while while frying or splash worcestershine sauce to keep it juicy.
In a separate sauce pan add all the sauce ingredients except the corn starch paste and round pineapple slice.
Bring it to boil and thicken it with cornstarch paste.
Take a sizzling dish. Heat it throughly. Assemble the cooked steaks on the plate.
Pour the sauce on the top and serve immediately.
