Roast (saute) all the special masala ingredients on a pan for a minute.
Grind them all together and keep aside.
Add all the above mentioned ingredients in the blender including that special masala and blend to make think paste. You u find the its not blending well then add more yogurt.
Now take 4 large pieces of chicken n apply deep cuts in them.
Apply the marination on chicken pieces and keep them marinated for 3 to 4 hours or over night.
Pre heat oven to 175 degree.
Line the heat proof dish with aluminum foil.
Assemble the pieces in the dish. Cover it with another foil.
Bake for total 1 hour 15 minutes.
Change side after 30 minutes.
When it is well cooked. Take the dish out.
Take off the aluminum foils and use the griller of oven to give them nice golden color.
When one side gets golden turn the pieces to the other side.
When the extra water is dried and there is nice golden color on both side they are ready.
Serve hot with mint raita and salad.
You sprinkle additional chat masala and lemon juices on the cooked pieces too ( optional).
Note: you can always adjust the ingredients according to your taste.
