Soak Daal moong and Masoor for 15 minutes and bend it nicely adding by adding a little water.
When the paste is ready, add coriander, mint leaves, few slices of tomatoes, green chilies, salt, red chili powder, Garam Masala and boiled chicken (optional) and blend it nicely.
A paste will be formed like Dahi Bara batter, it shouldn’t be liquid or very thick.
Take a non-stick pan and spread the batter on it and cook on very low heat.
Now change its side and cook from both sides equally.
When its ready, slice it in any way you like.
Alternatively, you can also boil both Daal before blending it.
