Boil pasta in boiling water for 7 minutes and strain it under normal tap water. Pour a tea spoon of oil on the pasta so they won’t stick to each other.
In a wok heat oil and fry garlic paste in it.
Add chill sauce and chopped green chilies . Saute well for 30 seconds.
Add all the vegetables along with all the sauces and seasoning and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add shredded chicken you can also fry breast chicken chunks in salt n pepper in a non stick pan if you don’t want to use boiled chicken and pasta.
Toss well.
Take a baking dish and transfer all this to the dish.
Take 2 slices of low fat cheese. Break it and Spread over the pasta. Sprinkle mixed herbs and crushed red pepper on the top.
Bake for 15 minutes til the cheese melts and serve hot.
